Kitami Yakiniku

There are in Kitami a great variety of Yakiniku (barbecue) restaurants from luxury to reasonable ones, and casual ones where you can have barbecue for lunch.

The bus will take you to breathtaking scenic spots of winter including Lake Mashu and Bihoro Pass.
After arriving at Kushiro, you can go to Abashiri, which is famous for its ice breaking ship, without transfering.
You can catch a flight to Haneda or New Chitose at Memanbetsu Airport.
